FoldervasMac and Windows · Pay once
Your ideas on one canvas.
Folders inside folders.
Foldervas is a visual board app for notes, images, files and drawings. Every folder opens into its own infinite canvas. It runs on your computer, saves to your own disk and you pay for it once.

Everything for a project, in one place
Drop in notes, pictures, files and links, arrange them however you think, and open a folder when something deserves its own space. Every folder is another board, as deep as you need.
Folders inside folders
Each folder is a full canvas with its own layout and, if you like, its own theme. Breadcrumbs take you back up.
An infinite canvas
Notes, images, files, tables, shapes, arrows and YouTube videos, placed exactly where you want them.
Sticky notes and kanban
Notes grow as you type and stack into galleries, so a moodboard can become a task board in a few drags.
Freehand drawing
Sketch on the canvas or mark up an image with the pen.
Search everything
Find any note in any folder of your board and jump straight to it.
Nine languages
English, Spanish, Basque, Catalan, Galician, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
Your files, not our cloud
Each board is a .foldervas file on your disk, with its media in a folder next to it. Back it up, sync it with the tool you already use, or send a single .fvbackup copy to someone else.
The format is openly documented, and you can export to Markdown and JSON from day one. No account, no tracking, and it keeps working without an internet connection.

Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once and the licence is yours, with every version 1 update included. It covers up to three computers, Mac and Windows.
Which computers does it run on?
Macs with Apple Silicon (macOS 11 or later) or Intel (macOS 10.15 or later), and Windows 10 or later. You can also try it right now in your browser.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
The trial is the full app, with no sign-up and no card. Whatever you create stays on your disk as your own files, whether you buy or not.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. The first licence activation needs one; after that Foldervas starts and works offline.
Can I get my content out?
Yes. Boards are files in a documented format, and you can export to Markdown and JSON at any time.
What if it isn't for me?
Email support@foldervas.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
